Payment Information
You can choose to pay your rent in one of two ways:
Instalments – Allowing you to conveniently spread the cost of your rent throughout your tenancy and payable either with a credit/debit card or by direct debit. You will need to provide us with your credit/debit card or bank account details, (or those of the person who will be making the payments on your behalf) in order to confirm the booking. This allows us to set up your payment plan ready for when your first instalment will be due and does not mean your first payment will be debited immediately. Please have these details ready at the same time as you make your deposit payment.
Pay full tenancy – If you would to pay the rent for your entire tenancy in one payment straight away you can do so using a credit or debit card. The payment can be made at the same time as you pay your deposit. Please have the card you wish to make the payment on (or that of the person making the payment on your behalf) ready.
Refundable Deposit
This is payable immediately by credit or debit card to reserve your room and is returned to you at the end of your tenancy provided:
· The room, its contents and the shared areas (as applicable, for example kitchens etc), are in the same condition as they were at the start of your tenancy.
· Provided there is not an outstanding balance on your account.
The deposit required depends on the property and room you are choosing to live in and will be between £250 and £500 (£500 deposits apply to central London properties only). Most properties only require a £250 deposit but this will be confirmed when you come to book online or via our sales team.
Please note if you cancel the room after it has been reserved and before you move in, then £250 of your deposit will be retained to cover the cancellation fee.
