Booking a Flat with your Friends (Group Booking)

If you’d like to book a flat with your friends, please follow these easy steps:

1. Complete the form below and click the submit button. Please complete all questions with a star next to them.

2. One of our Sales Advisors will then contact you the next working day to discuss your requirements. It would be helpful if you have your friends’ details to hand.

3. Once our Sales Advisor has taken your details, we will process your individual booking and reserve your friends’ rooms for 48 hours. In the meantime, we will contact your friends to complete their bookings.

4. Once we have booked rooms for you and your friends, you will be sent your individual tenancy documents. Please sign and return these to us within 7 days.

5. Once we have received your signed tenancy document, you will be sent an email to confirm that your booking is complete. Your friends will also receive the same email once we have received their signed documents too.

Here’s some information that you may find useful:

• If we attempt to contact your friends but are unable to reach them within 48 hours, then the rooms will be released and will become available to book by other customers.
• If you or your friends do not return your tenancy documents within 7 days, the individual rooms (for which tenancy documents have not been returned) will be released and will become available to book by other customers.
• Once we have received your signed tenancy documents, our individual cancellation policy with then apply to each member of your group.
• If you or your friends cancel your bookings after signing the tenancy documents, this will not affect the bookings for other members of your group and our individual cancellation policy will apply.
